Wonderful experience. Todd from Bobula Septic obviously had a lot of expertise. We didn't know exactly where our tank was, but he was able to correctly locate it with no problem. (We had had another septic company try to find it the previous week, but the location they marked was so far off that we knew it couldn't be right.) Todd was also extremely pleasant. (It was a refreshing change from the usual surly attitude we've seen from other companies in the past.) The price for locating, digging, and pumping was very reasonable -- less than we paid another company 10 years ago. (We live in Carson City and their website says they offer reduced rates for homes within city limits.) The company was such a pleasure to deal with that I almost regret we don't need our septic tank pumped more often.

This was my first experience with septic tank pumping. It seemed to be done adequately. However, internet research made me aware of other aspects of septic system maintenance. They advertised free location service, but it was listed as a charge on the bill.
