He looked at the toilet, after I purchased a brand new one.  I did not think the whole toilet had to be replaced, but I thought there was a crack in it.   He spotted a bad seal, ran off to get new parts and in an hour, the job was done.  No more headaches.

The faucet no longer leaks. The wall where it was leaking has since pretty much dried out. He told me to use bleach to kill any mold that may have formed and things are back to normal for me. They came the day after I called in the late afternoon and arrived first thing in the morning to fix my problem. Very professional and told me exactly what needed to be done.

The faucets no longer leak nor does the sprinkler system. I'm presuming that the materials used will hold up over time. I was impressed that the plumber suggested an alternative to sweating on the pipes that is supposed to be as sturdy and will facilitate future repairs if necessary.

The technician arrived on time, solved the problem and was very courteous. He cleaned up the work area when he was done.

Tech arrived and problem solved our issue...issue required the shutting down of our water heater which was not possible at the time. Tech rescheduled for a time that was convenient for us and returned to do the work. Work was completed in a timely and professional manner. I received a bill that I felt was more than reasonable...I will use this company again and would recommend them to anyone. Great service from beginning to end.

They were so friendly, fast and cleaned up everything nicely. They brought in the dishwasher for me and put it in and they even cleaned up the floor which was nice for me. They called to set up the appointment, there were here when they said they would be and they were very professional.

My overall experience with them was excellent! They did an excellent job and their prices are excellent!
