Diane's Ruff Cuts

I have been going to Diane for a year and a half. I take my Schnauzer, Shiatsu and my Pompoo every six weeks.
They love her, she baths and grooms them. Her place is always immaculate. I like that she only takes in who she is grooming at the time, this way they can walk around instead of being put in a cage. Her place is safe and secure, i don't worry about my kids when they are there. She cuts them exactly the way i want. My Pompoo (Cookie) will give her a kiss. Cookie doesn't kiss any one except me and dad and now Diane. My Shiatsu, i don't have to drag her into see Diane she walks. This is a first for her since we have been in Fernley. Diane is the best, my kids say so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dogs arrived a few minutes early for the appointment and were greeted with Diane's friendly welcome. They were allowed to sniff around the area and get familiar with environment while Diane clarified their specific grooming needs with me. Including an anti itch shampoo for one of them and hair trimming. There were no other dogs within the facility while my dogs were being groomed. Diane estimated 2 to 21/2 hours would be need to complete the two dogs. Diane called to let me know that the dogs grooming had been completed and they were actually done early! I returned to pick-up the dogs and they both looked gorgeous, their coats were beautifully fluffed and shine, they had also received a treatment to their coats to help protect from the dryness here in Nevada. The dog with the itching issues has not experienced any such issue since grooming. Overall Diane did a great job and has one of the cleanest work areas for grooming I have seen in this area.
