From the time we contacted Charles The Handyman, he performed all construction and managerial tasks required of him in a proficient and timely manner surpassing my expectations for a quick resolution of the problems I faced with the property in Nevada. The job will be ongoing. Charles will be receiving a percentage of rent for managing said property.
