The staff at the front desk were very polite and eager to assist you. Dr Coy is absolutely wonderful and my lil Shadow was really relaxed and comfortable with her. When I called to check on him the day of Surgery the were very attentive to my concerns. When I picked him up the explained everything so that it was easy to understand.

I have used this vet clinic for almost 20 years and they have lived up to my expectations 95% of the time. They are professional and understand those of us who cherish our animals.

Vets here are good, front desk friendly and caring. Highly recommend.

Well it went very well. We were greeted as we walked by the receptionist and were checked in. A few minutes later a Veternarian assistant came out and called Hersheys name. She also also greeted us and proceeded to weigh her on the scale in front. We were taken to one of the bigger rooms because Hershey is pretty big and the vet assistant confirmed that we were doing Hersheys Bordertella today. She also asked if we had any other questions and we asked if we could get her nails trimmed, she said she would inform the doctor and that he would be in in a little bit. A few moments later Dr. Faught came in and greeted us again and asked how Hershey was doing. We answered fine and he proceeded to look over her to make sure she was healthy then gave her the Bordetella (it is given through the nose) and also trimmed her nails. Overall a very good experience.

Our puppy was only a couple months old and the momma dog had been chewing on his ears so bad they ballooned up! They called it califlower ear you usually see it in fighters with servire truma to the ears. He stayed overnight and we picked him up the next afternoon. I absolutly love this vet, they know my pets by name even though they have only been there a few times. Since then Ive taken them there for all services they need and will continue to go there. They are interesting to locate the first time you go but they are great!
