Altought they were late they called me twice to inform me of the delay and the reason, which was the previous job had taken longer than expected. The tech was very knowledgeable and very professional. He inspected the unit, found no problems and since he had extra time on the $80/hr service call he checked out the heating unit and cleaned the heat probe at no extra charge. I will use them again

My a/c broke and it was really hot. I called for service and he was here in about 2 hours. It was exactly what we thought the problem was and they fixed it and had me back up and running in no time!

I was very impressed with David the technician. He walked me through every detail of what was wrong and how he fixed my furnace. He needed to get a circuit board from another source. He went right over there and came right back to install as I did not have any heat. He checked the system to make sure everything was working and did a general cleaning. He was professional and did not have a problem answering all my questions and explained in detail so I would understand what he was talking about. I also thought the cost was fair considering he had to remove the circuit board, purchase a new one, install and do a general check and cleaning. I plan on having Just In Time come back out in the spring to perform an annual check on my a/c unit.

The whole experience and his company was very friendly, professional, caring and considerate. This company and it's owner take great pride in their work and customer relations. I don't need another furnace for at least ten years, but if I did need heating or air conditioning service I would not hesitate to call this company again. I have no reservations about recommending them to family or friends. They are a top notch outfit.
