They showed up 2 days earlier than they said and the pallets of grass they had were half dead.
I called and spoke with Kathy and she said the grass would be fine; we just needed to water the grass and it would take root and grow.
2 months later when the grass continued to die off even more I called Kathy are told her the lawn STILL wasnt coming back and it was dying. She told me "Its not my problem if your grass is dying, you need to come in here and pay your bill!"
I asked what they were going to do about the grass especially since it was of poor quality when they installed the grass and she told me again that it wasnt her problem and to "pay your bill before we take you to court!"
I would NEVER, EVER do business with these people again. I will drive the 30 minutes to Fernley or the hour to Reno before setting foot in their shop again.
Their customer service is horrible and the grass they installed was even worse!!!
