Initially I was somewhat pleased with the work Irwin did on my car. They were close by and gave me a ride home after dropping off my car. They really hadn't repaired one problem (brake vibration) that needed attention but the other work seemed to be okay so I moved on. Two months later my brake pedal went to the floor when I tried to brake! I had the problem diagnosed and discovered the brake system Irwin had flushed just two months before was contaminated! Not only that, but it was going to cost $2500 to fix since the entire brake system the used rubber had to be replaced! This included all of the brake lines, calipers, ABS unit, master cylinder... just about the entire brake system. I reached Irwin on the phone and was told that the work they had done had nothing to do with it. They had just flushed my system two months before! How many vehicles have we all had FOR YEARS and not once experienced brake fluid contamination! This wasn't just a coincidence and they refused to stand behind their work. Then after telling me it couldn't possibly be their fault they invite me to bring the vehicle back down so they can take a look at it... like I would trust them after all this.
There was a problem with the alarm system when the battery was hooked back up wires were shorted because of rubbing on parking brake they fixed the problem at no charge. we will definately be returning.
