Great. Only once did we have to get them back and that was when a leak occurred under bathroom sink not connected to work that had just been completed. Came back within hours. We just shut off water under sink and waited a bit. Can't give a date as to last service but it was about Sept. or Oct of 2020. However, heat pump installed about 10 years ago or more. Would have to dig in files to determine exact dates.
