repairs were excellent.sears is about the only repair facility to come out this far. we need to know what facilities are willing to come out this far for repairs, without charging a arm and a leg.

When I went to the store to pick out the appliances it was obvious they only had one sales person who knew anything about the products or knew had to use the register.  Every time I went in there it took five times longer than it needed to, everyone was in line asking this one person for help.  She has since quit.  The delivery men were awful, they scratched my door, the door frame and hit into an expensive piece of furniture.  They were not well trained, they were not professional, they did not show me the damage they had done. 
I had a broken refrigerator delivered to my house, the freezer was constantly thawing.  They came to replace it, the delivery men put more scratches on the door.  I kept an eye on my Sears credit card, the money was not returned for the fridge that was broken.  I had picked out a new one that was delivered when they took the broken one or all my food would have gone bad.  I now wish I had gone to Home Depot.  So I now had two fridges on my credit card.  I had to go down there 10 times, the manager-owner kept telling me to bring back different paper work and telling me there was nothing he could do it was the credit card company.  Sears credit card kept telling me it was him who should fix it.  The whole thing was ridiculous, the customer service was awful,  they didn't mind wasting my time, my gas, my money and I will never return.
