They were there when they promised (although a week after we really wanted them) They fixed the issues in a clean and polite manner.
I wish I had been there to actually talk to the plumber (wife was there). I still have concerns that the vent stack is still not clear after the plugging issues. They weren't asked to did that far into the work.
Professional team!

They were called on the 27th for two problems. The first being that our furnace was out. A brand new furnace that they had installed within the last year, and the second problem being the block drains which we're backing up into my basement. Also to top off this evening my husband and I has been involved in a very serious auto accident several hours earlier, totaling our vehicle. In order for them to look at the plumbing problem it would cost us $1000 up front just to diagnose the situation on a holiday. If we had a problem then we would be looking at around $3500 - $4000 to fix it because of the holiday. So needless to say we did not have any working plumbing during Christmas with 11 people in the house. As for the furnace that cost us $180 that night to find out that a fuse had blown, something that we did not even know existed in the new unit. So the tech changed the fuse left us an additional fuse and left. Christmas night the furnace went out again. The day after Christmas we called Plumb Line out again for both problems. He said the problem with the plumbing was baby wipes and tampons. Ok my Neice had just visited so I guess it was possible, since we have 5 boys. But in order to insure it was not a full septic tank he needed to run his camera down the lines into the tank at an additional cost of around $400. So we agreed. He said it looked good and that the septic was not full. Problem resolved. The same day the tech came out for the furnace and told just that the transformer had blown along with the fuse. He changed it and left us three more fuses. That lasted about two days before we ran through all the fuses and I called them back out. At the point I was told that the furnace needed had blown another transformer and needed a new circuit board. But they had to order this in and it would take a couple days. This is the end of December. Winter, thank God, a mild one this year, or I'm not sure what we would have done. Plus we also were lucky enough to have a pellet stove which at least gave us some heat upstairs. It took them 8 days with a lot of hounding to get the piece in. As we are having all this fun my husband is back in the hospital in renal failure when the basement floods again. By this time all of my available cash resources are tapped out. My husband is a disabled veteran and we both live on a fixed income. I called PlumLine on a Monday about the backed up plumbing. I also asked if they guaranteed their work. They said no they did not guarantee plumbing work. Then I asked if they could come get the problem resolved because I have 5 small children living in the basement smelling that toxic waste but that I would not be able to pay them till Wednesday. We were an established client and had paid them well over $20k for the furnace and air conditioner over the past year. The manager said he would call me back. He didn't. My daughter in law called later that afternoon around 5:30 and talked to a tech about the problem. He promised her he would call her back in the morning. No call ever came. So by the grace of God the next morning I found a Plummer by the name of Rod Feilder who came out and resolved my plumbing problem for pennies of what Plumb Line charged me. Mr. Feilder found that my pipes were still plugged stuff and that most of this stuff was located at the area that goes right into the septic tank. So that proved that there was no possible way that PlumLine could have run the camera into my septic tank because the opening was blocked. For the cost of $260 Mr. Feilder unblocked everything and dug up the cap into the septic tank to see if it were full. It wasn't full but had built up a crust due to the blockage. We ended up having it drained since it was opened. The total cost for Mr. Feilder plus the septic tank drainage was still less than the total cost of what we paid PlumbLine to do nothing.

After getting several bid and knowing Plumbline bid was not the lowest, I called Tyler Gunter to get an installation time and date. The installation was quoted to take 2 days.
The job was started on 06/20/13 by taking out the old heating and cooling system. Installation was stopped because all the parts were not here.I called and was told they were doing another installation, but would get back with me.The heating and cooling system was installed by July 1st, but the heating system was not working because the jets needed to be ordered.( I did receive a call from from Plumbline in July to make sure that in the July heat my air conditioning was working) .Installers came back to install the jets. Jets could not be installed because they were the wrong jets. Jets reordered. Installers made another trip back to install the new jets some time in September and I informed the technician the motor was making a noise that sounded like a jack-hammer at times. The technician determined the motor was not performing as it should and that I would receive a call telling me what Plumbline would be doing about the motor. After not receiving a call, and approximately 7 days later I call Plumbline and spoke to Tyler about the motor and he agreed to replace the motor. The motor was replaced today October 21,2013. It took four months to complete this job. I have been assured by Tyler that should I need service it would be prompt. Through all this everyone at Plumbline has been very professional..

Everything is going really well. I have used them before. I haven't worked with the plumber before, so don't know what would be the price range. They have been very regular and working really well to make sure I get everything accomplished that I needed to get done. They have been really open on all the things that they are doing, while they are working.

My plumber discovered some clogged pipes due to use of wrong materials by the plumber who installed the water heater. He replace the busted re-circ pump and replaced the pipes that had clogged. The problem wasn't immediately apparent so he kept searching until he figured out the thing that had caused the pump to fail in the first place.

I discovered a leak in my ceiling and called Plumbline about 8:00 AM. The person I talked to said the plumber was busy and she would try to get him out that afternoon, but it might be the next day. The plumber showed up about 2:30 that afternoon. The plumber (Cliff) covered his shoes and came into the house. He found where the leak originated and needed a part to complete the job. I went to the store and bought the part while he worked on the plumbing. He fixed the leak and stated on the bill that I had supplied the parts needed. He was professional in his appearance and his work.

They were supposed to repair some vents under the house. One month after the original date, they finally did the work. They removed some siding to get under the house to fix it. After finishing (a month late) they did not put back the siding. When this was pointed out, they put the siding on backwards. The house now has white siding, with the exception of two black pieces. This goes beyond incompetence, nearing stupidity.

I would recommend them highly, they are quite good. They were fast and they showed up when they said they would. The plumber was personable, quick, and neat.
