About us
Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Workmanship built to last & upon you witnessing the important aspects of an install..(which all will be discussed prior to beginning), either by me showing you pics or video footage or with you on sight once a day. & with me showing you the manufacturer’s guidelines, local codes & the proper links for the product , you will know it will last as long as possible & especially a lot longer than 5 years which is the average workmanship guarantee that most contractors give for the workmanship that usually one of their employees provide. For those bigger jobs, I work for cash daily when you buy the materials. I don’t expect to be paid unless the days’ worth of my perfection (fastening in the center of meat, square, plumb level, flat, straight and on the money), passes your inspection and is pleasing to your eye. When I do tile, if I can’t slide a hockey puck across that floor without catching on any lip edges, I don't expect to be paid. Free estimates

"Marianne, I actually don't want to waste my time and energy with your "got your panties in an uproar" comment of nonsense, BS and lies, but I will and in the future I guess I need to focus on getting folks to write me a positive review in exchange for the work I do. I never got into this review stuff, but I guess I had better start. Marianne, I gave you your $100 back, and if you don't want to get your unrighteous words on my review page right like I asked of you, well, thanks a lot and you're a real winner. People reviewing these reviews, I've been with ANGI/Home Advisor for years without one complaint, appreciating this company's service of directing traffic for those that are interested in having work done. The last thing in the world I want is for a customer to be displeased. A short response: this lady didn't want to spend the few extra dollars (like I recommended in the Spring of '23, to rebuild her pillar bases in the mid to end summer), to special order kiln dried wood for her bases to be rebuilt under her 3 or 4 pillars on the front porch that support her porch roof. I then told her that the 2x6's need to be placed in the sun with 3 stickers (supports to make sure that while the wood is stacked, that it keeps it's straightness) underneath them so the wood could dry out (2x6's, when they dry, shrink a 16th of an inch on each side of the width of the board). I called her 2 or 3 days b4 the install. date and she informed me that she placed the wood in her garage because of the rain and in other words it wasn't in the sunshine to assist in heating the wood. Having an abnormal amount of rain this last summer, I knew that the wood as it sits in its current state, wouldn't be dry. I've been here in the Elko area for 9 years and that was the first cool and wet summer I had seen and unfortunately it caused her an inconvenience. I didn't want to put my signature on that project without dry wood. Her wood bases that were going to be approximately 14" x 14" and 5.5" tall were going to be wrapped w/chicken wire and covered with a 1" layer of concrete for a finished look like her old ones that would be concrete like her concreted porch. Being that the thickness of the concrete was going to be only an inch thick, and the fact that I had never done something like this in my years and years of concrete finishing experience, I didn't want to take a chance of that wood shrinking and causing the concrete to crack. Even with the reinforced fiber additive, without a solid foundation under that layer of concrete, I canceled the job and told her I could install it next year for her. She wanted her her $100 back that I charged her for putting her into my schedule and if she canceled, I get the keep the $100. I told her I would send it to her. I got busy, forgot to write that down in my things to do list and unfortunately, she didn't get her $100 back as soon as she wanted. I should of brought her a box of tissue, but instead I apologized to the gal and for not sending her that check right away, I offered to make it up to her with aa $100 discount for the days worth of work. All I wanted was a happy customer. I obviously didn't bring a smile to her face to please her I guess because she never removed this negative review. Win some, lose some. Good riddance"
"Thank you Chris. It was a pleasure"
