I've made appointments where you sit and wait, also where you drop off your car for the day. Sometimes the sit and wait takes much longer than I'd care to wait, things happen and they are unable to get to the car at the time set. But other times it has been a very reasonable to wait. They do not try to get you to fix other things that are not necessary. They are honest and only charge for the time they actually spend on your vehicle. They are more than willing to stop what they are doing to do a quick check to find out why the check engine is on at no charge. I definitely trust them with my vehicles and will go there again as needed. It is a small shop which only accommodates 2 people in their seating area. It is owned by a man and wife. He is a mechanic and she is the receptionist/secretary. Very friendly and easy to talk to.
