Clay Hutnyak, owner of Alio Construction, did a fantastic job on the window and door project he recently completed at my home in Elko, Nevada. The project included replacing a fire door and sliding patio door, adding a new door in the garage and enlarging a window in the living room. It also involved electrical work, replacing exterior siding, drywall, taping and texturing and trim work. As a perfectionist, Clay did a superb job on every aspect of the project, meticulously attending to every detail. In addition, I thought his pricing was very fair. I could not be happier with how everything turned out and will definitely use Alio Construction again. Clay is a true craftsman, which accounts for why he is in such great demand, but it is well worth the wait to get such a high quality job.

They showed up early and told me exactly what needed to be done and the cost involved. Clay then went to work correcting the problem. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I have already referred him to my neighbor.

The old roof was removed and all new underlayment and top quality shingles. I would recommend them!

Overall, we could not be more pleased with our new roof. Clay did the work of many men very quickly and beautifully.

Unbelievable service! I've never before recommended anyone as wholeheartedly as I do Clay Hutnyak, who did the work with help from his father and brother, and his father got nothing for it but the exercise, while his brother owns another business and teaches so only helps as needed. The results are perfect, far beyond expectations, and his final charge was under the quoted amount despite the job requiring a great deal of extra time because of damage he couldn't detect when estimating. He even came back after I gave him the final check and did a couple of hours of final cleanup, gutter and deck cleaning, etc. Totally personable (all three of them) with old-fashioned work ethics. They don't advertise and go just by word of mouth because they don't want to get too much work and see the quality get compromised. I cannot rave enough about Clay and his family. My wife and I are ecstatic with the results and the incredible hours they put into this job.
