it started out great. Ron came out a few minutes after we called. Spent quite a while looking over everything, discussing the steps, and gave us a very fair estimate. He had to check and see how far out to get it done. we called when he said and informed us it was about 3 weeks out. We said tentatively we'd like him to do it but wanted to check and see if anyone could get it done sooner. a few minutes later we decided to just have him do the project, called back and left a message. Several phone calls, and an email later we never heard from him again. It's really unfortunate we liked him, he seemed competent, and qualified. sadly we are still searching for someone to work on our project. Not sure why he never responded.

He is excellent. He is unlike any other. The average contractor just gets a plan that you give him and then builds the house, and he would draw plans but once you start building, he just keeps getting more new ideas and either doing things cheaper/finding a way to do things cheaper or make them better.  I give him an A on everything. For his service, I don't know...I mean it is all in the cost of construction. I did know, I don't think it is enough and I've told him that. He is the best possible one you can find. I've lived in this house for 22 years and he comes by, if he sees something that is wrong here, he just fixes it.

He is a man of integrity and does what he says he is going to do.  If he gives you a cost, the job is not going to run over that cost. 

He is always there when you need something and he sees a need before I do. It?s a pleasure to recommend this guy. We went and bought the plastic together but he went to get the plywood himself and never event sent me a bill for that. He came back about three days later to take it down and haul it all away. He always looks to keep cost in line and he never lets a project run over budget. He is a man of great integrity and he does everything. He knows all of the codes and regulations, and he knows all of the technical stuff; he has everything in his head.
