Excellent! Brad cameg out the next day after contacting him and his bid was $10,000 LESS than another I received (who couldn't start until Aug.), and construction started and completed within two weeks. Brad's crew was fantastic, the work was was far superior that what I expected. The deck is great!

The job was done as promised and on time despite weather issues. Brad even included the cost of labor for painting of the areas where the removed part of the patio attached to the main structure that remained as part of his cost. The other quotes we received said that that would be extra or we would have to do it our self. Brad and his helper always stayed in touch with us as to when they would be coming to work on our project and cleaned up each day. We found them to be very friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely hire them again and would recommend them for any patio shelter work.

Big job installing it took to days but we love the blinds .

Brad Winter responded promptly to my quote request.  His quote was very reasonable.  The project got underway at the beginning of June (footings dug and poured) but due to complications with the building permit office and heavy rains in the area, Brad was not able to complete the job until mid July.  This was not his fault.  Brad and his crew constructed a beautiful composite deck and a gorgeous vinyl patio cover.  Both projects were very solidly built and I'm confident we will have now problems in the future.  We are very pleased with the work Brad did and would hire him again.

Brad Winter was very prompt in responding to our request for quote.  After completing the local HOA approval process and city permitting, work got under way.  Brad's crew poured concrete footings and constructed a very solid framework for the deck.  They then constructed a 12 x 16' vinyl patio cover.  The flow of work was a bit chaotic, but that was due to the permit inspection process and there were rain delays.  Everything was cleaned up at the end of the day.  Overall, we are very happy with Brad's work and feel that everything is really solidly built as well as being absolutely beautiful.

 Over the last several months we had been looking to install a patio cover on the back of our home. We had several contractors out to look at the job. None of them knew the correct set back rules or proper codes. Following that I ended up going to the city on my own to inquire and clarify what the real deal was. At that point we kind of took a step back and waited a bit until one other company came out. We had done some additional research and come to find out they were "game players" also for sure. All about taking deposits and not performing the work.

Now for the good news...Nevada Patio Solutions

We continued researching and looking for another company and came across Nevada Patio Solutions. Here is where it's all good news. I called Brad Winter to inquire about getting an estimate. (Keep in mind they are in Dayton; we are in Reno).Brad came out the same day, measured everything out, we discussed the details due to set back rules, installation, time line and the price. All of this occurred while he was here; None of the well let me get back to you. His price was competitive and all inclusive; no hidden fees. Also, he was the only one that showed us how the actual engineering to meet code works. We got back to Brad in a few days and decided to move forward. The other thing I would mention is with Nevada Patio Solutions there is no deposit. That's right, no deposit.   

The plans were drawn up and submitted to the City of Reno for permit. In the meantime to gain some time the holes for footings were already being prepared. Since we already had a complete stamped concrete patio Brad came up with a great idea to eliminate the need to cut up the concrete. The sod was cleanly cut, peeled back so they could dig down and then under the pad. That translated into just a 3" cleanly drilled hole for the posts to go into. They always cleaned up during every stage of the project.

Once past the 1st inspection and the footings poured it was quick. Materials were delivered to them and trailered out to the site. They started assembling on Sunday morning, spent part of the day, then on Monday finished the project.

Brad's crew (his own) were great. A quality job for sure!! They did everything exactly as promised, and when they said it would be done. We are extremely pleased with every aspect of what Nevada Patio Solutions did on this project. They get an A+ from us!!

I called him, he called me back right away. Came out and gave us a quote, we said yes. He got all the permits needed from the county, and he and his crew came to our house and gave us a new room outside. Everything was perfect, he had to cut our patio slab to put a post in. Then matched the pavers we had to fill in the whole, looks great. The patio cover has cooled the house down by quite a bit. LOVE IT. Brad is the owner and was always here, not just his crew.

The job was done in two days and we were pleased with the outcome.

Brad Winter came to the house on August 6th; went over what we were looking for; gave us a wonderful estimate, explained the process and timing. Everything was handled in a professional manner and completed in timely fashion. The patio cover gives the house a totally new look and adds a much needed sunscreen. Too bad summer is over - we can hardly wait for next summer to enjoy the beautiful outdoor living space.

The work went very well and I will be hireing him for another project I have in May.

Nevada Patio Solutions gave us a great quote, provided great service, were very professional, and did a great job constructing the patio cover. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, too.

Brad Winters came out by himself. He had to drill the two posts for the patio. He came out the next day to concrete those posts. On the third day, he and his workers came out. By the afternoon, the patio was complete. They have efficiency, congeniality, honesty, and integrity.

He was an awesome guy.

I like them because I called for an estimate, he came out the very next day. They were very nice, and professional. Every day before they left they always cleaned up after themselves. Everything worked out well and there was no surprises. They do fast and quality work.

The patio cover was built just fine. The arbor was a mess (I had provided a photo of what I wanted built) and was nothing like what I had requested. The company returned and tried to make corrections, which were also nothing like the photo, or what was promised. After two attempts the company pulled out of the job, leaving their materials all over my yard and refusing to furnish the paperwork for the county inspection on the permit we had paid for. The company reduced our total cost by $500 due to the arbor fiasco, then threatened called me names saying I ripped them off. This after they cancelled the job, I didnt', and they offered the $500 off, as they couldn't build the arbor as promised.
