They have a great attention for detail and work very hard during your allotted time. They take the time to make sure that if something doesn't get done one week (for example, high light fixtures that don't need cleaning all the time), that they get to it the next time. They are extremely thorough and communicative. I would recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services.

Ariel and Stephen are very hard workers who go right to work and don't stop until the job is done. They do an excellent job and are very flexible if appointments need to be changed. We have had several private cleaners and cleaning companies throughout the years, and they are by far the best. They are prompt and reliable, and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Ariel and Stephen came a few days ago to meet us, see the house, and give an estimate. They arrived on time for that appointment and were very nice and Ariel answered all my questions. They returned yesterday to do our deep-cleaning--again, arrived on time and got right to work. The worked very hard for several hours. They did an outstanding job--bathrooms are spotless, kitchen is sparkling, and the massive amounts of dust are gone! I really appreciated their attention to detail; from washing the shower curtain for me to getting the stair-railing clean. I ralso need to mention their kindness to kids and pets-I don't have to worry they will let our aging cat out. I am comfortable with them cleaning our home when we are out or present. They will be returning on a bi-weekly basis--I highly recommend this company to anyone whether they need a deep-cleaning or a basic weekly "tidy-up."

The Perfect Cleaning Company lives up to its name. They always arrive on time, on the scheduled day and are very thorough. They are easy to communicate your needs to and are both very pleasant. Many times we are not home and I'm perfectly comfortable with them cleaning whether we are here or not. I recommend you give them an opportunity to clean for you.

They showed up early and ready to go; they did all the dusting, vacuuming and mopping. The bathrooms sparkled and the kitchen looked great (they even cleaned the microwave inside). Since it was the first time using them, I had them do the baseboards and all of our interior doors. They also dusted all of the ceiling fans. I am very happy with the service they provided; Not to mention they are very nice people. I highly recommend them.

Very nice people, but found them severely wanting in the "detail": no cleaning under sofas or chairs; dusted around objects on tables rather than picking objects up (or not dusting at all); did not clean around base of toilet.

I apologize for missing the base of the toilet, that is absolutely out of character and something that always needs to be cleaned. There were some areas of your home that we were not able to get to, due to the time table we were on (big deal=2hours of cleaning w/ the two of us, and no additional time bought) we would have been more than happy to clean under your couches had you prioritized these areas initially, again we only had 2 hours. My house sparkles by the time Ariel and Stephen have finished cleaning it! They work thoroughly, stay focused, and do an outstanding job. I had them clean my house before Christmas and after seeing the results decided to hire them on a monthly basis. I am very pleased with the service they render and would recommend them to anyone wanting an excellent job done. I'm very glad to have found them.

Arrived a bit early, worked the whole time, refused to clean behind refrigerator and stove even though my husband offered to move them out of the way for them. Since the kitchen was the main area I wanted deep cleaned, I was not at all happy. They had said in advance that they do not do laundry and dishes. OK, I accepted that. I wanted deep cleaning because I was concerned that mice might come with spilled food. I was surprised when they refused to clean behind things. I thought that was basic. I was not present myself at the cleaning, but my husband reported that once he offered to move furniture so they could clean behind, they "dawdled" until the clock ran out. Stayed a bit over the 4 hours. I have issues with the refusal to clean behind appliances, not with the quality of the work otherwise. They even steam cleaned the floor. I just cannot deal with hiring work to be done and finding refusal to do what I consider normal. Somebody else might consider them fine. I do not.

"We did not refuse to clean under these areas, we simply told your husband that your daughter had prioritized other areas of her home first, and these areas did not make the cut, we simply did not have the time.He did not offer to move them. We were not asked to do under the refrigerator and stove until our time was nearly up, and at that point finishing the counter tops, appliances and floors were more important and a lot dirtier. We showed up early and stayed late, we were being nice and gave her an additional hour of FREE cleaning just to be sure we got the areas done that your daughter requested in her apartment. We moved and cleaned under her bed, vanity, tables and chairs. and cleaned under the stove top, inside the refrigerator, top of refrigerator, and all appliances, we fully cleaned the bathroom which had a lot of build up, as well as the hardwood floors. We responded to you the day you called and rescheduled per your request. We worked VERY hard in that home, and am disappointed that you have given us a bad review, I know we did an excellent job. There must have been some miscommunication of what you wanted cleaned in your daughters house and what she wanted cleaned."

well - the cleaning company I hired did not show so I was in quite a bind! I called Ariel on Wednesday evening and she met me at the house on Thursday morning.
Ariel gave me an estimate and then went to work. I left and returned several hours later to a brand new house. It was beautiful! The house was clean from top to bottom. The floors were spotless as were all the appliances. I was extremely impressed.

Ariel met me at the house, gave me a cleaning estimate, gave me a convenient date to have the home cleaned, flexed on moving the date when needed to change the original date and followed through with her commitment to have the home cleaned. The Perfect Cleaning company showed up on the scheduled date and the house is clean and ready for my renters.
