I first saw this company's display at a street fair. There were examples of workmanship, materials and many photos of completed projects. I arranged an appointment at my home to discuss my ideas. Measurements were taken and a day later, I received detailed drawings and an estimate. I had the opportunity to change the design as much as I wanted. If my changes or new ideas were not practical, I received a detailed explanation as to why and other options were presented as substitutes. When I was finally satisfied with the design, a contract was presented that outlined the exact materials that would be used, had drawings and measurements of the exact design, when the job would be started and when it would be finished. The contract stated the exact cost and a deposit of half was required to begin the job. Final payment upon completion. In the course of completing four projects, every agreement was kept, every phase of the work completed as contracted. The workmanship is excellent, and the materials used were as stated in the contract. I am very pleased and will continue to use this company as the need arises.
