Description of Work: Builder met with us several times to plan building a new house. However, he did not advise us his license was suspended and he was not allowed to even solicit building work. We found out his license was suspended for substandard work by checking NV contractors board site after we wasted a couple of months working with him on plans. When confronted, he still would not admit to the problem.

+ 0 moreThe projects were completed quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend Steve Joyce Construction to any person considering a building or remodeling project.
Description of Work: Mr. Joyce built and completed an oak staircase and built and installed new oak cabinets. The work was completed on-time with care and consideration. He was exceptionally honest and reliable. He is a perfectionist and is attentive to every detail.
