They had knowledgeable sales; I worked with the owner himself. Again I ran into some competent, courteous individuals who worked quite quickly. They moved the furniture out for us, actually did a lot of it ourselves because we were eager to make sure happened as quickly as possible for us. They did the job in what I thought was very workman like and professional manner. They did a good job of cleaning up, not just after they were done but they made sure they cleaned up after the old carpet was picked up. They made sure that the floors were all clean before they laid down the new stuff. I think they were competitive.
