 + -1 moreThey are a big help. I am in my seventies and after I got my computer they were helpful. They came out and showed me how to use the service. I am better now and they can help me over the phone. They are friendly and nice.

 + 0 moreIt was wonderful. I loved it, There business #1 is service. I think that is why they do so good .They are there to service the customer. I also like that they are locally owned and they always answer the phone. Many times they can take care of my problem right over the phone. They are really good at trouble shooting
Description of Work: I was having problems with my internet. I had no internet. Then I was having problems accessing my emails. I called Tod and he walked me through what to do over the phone. I turned my computer off and then back on and everything worked perfectly.

 + -1 moreAs usual the office is always ready to answer questions. Bob, the president, Tiffany the vice president and Todd in technology are always helpful. Though the company is small as far as I know they are pretty much top of the line in support. It seems funny that the large companies are too busy to help the small user of a service. Pyramid.net is always ready to be of assistance.
Description of Work: We (the staff) and I discussed some of the workings of the computer for an individual who is not computer savvy. Being a novice it is great to be able to walk into the office and discuss any problems encountered and then head home and apply what you learned.
