She missed confirmed, scheduled cleaning turnovers twice even though she claimed to have cleaned and accepted payment.. First time she eventually responded after days of texts, calls, emails. Second time, she went completely silent after committing to multiple turnovers and with guests I had to cancel at the last minute and lost revenue.. She disappeared the same way with a neighbor and also the reference she gave me when I hired her. As she hired more people, she failed at basic set up and barely spent an hour cleaning. Owner, Leslie Bradley is unprofessional: defensive, unapologetic, and lacked accountability overall. Hire someone else before she bails on you! It may take a year or so, but she will do it to you too!
