When he left, the computer stopped working. We called several times and he has never called back. We had a verbal contract for service for $150.00. He won't respond to our phone calls at all.

I have called Cody on a few issues with my computer. This latest was due to my computer not communicating with my printer. After looking online, many people had the same problem and were unable to resolve it. Cody stuck with it until he figured out what was wrong then fixed it. At the same time, I mentioned that I was having a problem with not seeing all of my downloaded pictures in my program. He fixed that by installing the latest version. Whenever he has noticed that there may be a simpler way for me to do something, he changes it. Cody has always been professional, friendly and dedicated to resolving whatever computer problem I have presented to him and his prices are reasonable. To make it even simpler for the customer, he is able to remotely access your computer with your permission. His website mentions some services I have not yet taken advantage of but when I am in need, his company will be the first I turn to. Thanks Cody!
