Dave and his employees all ultimate professionals. If you need a repair or replacement of a boiler for oil heating they are very knowledgeable and efficient. They came in under our initial estimate and kept us informed during the entire process. Extremely pleased with their work.

This is the third time I’ve used Moritz Western for heating and air conditioning, they get right back to me, on time, I’ve always had Mark who is so polite and knowledgeable. Just so you know I called Moritz and Ropers on a weekend Ropers wants $139 just for a diagnosis and $200 an hour for parts and labor Moritz is only one 4250 an hour for everything plus you have to pay for your parts don’t get ripped off Moretz is the best

This was an unusal repair and He did have some ideas for how to proceed with my limited options. I was glad I was there on the day of repair cuz another glitch came up and I could tell him where I wanted the pipe placed.

Dave Moritz and his working partner were very efficient, punctual in arriving to install the new air conditioner.  Dave was recommended to me by our real estate agent.  I called him and he came right over to our house and gave us a written proposal which included the type a/c, the size as well as all the needed supplies to install it.

On installation day they arrived as said and worked until all was done and tested.  The new A/C works perfectly and it so nice and cool in our house now.

Dave answered my leaking water heater call within 15 minutes,, came to see the problem promptly and next morning came on time with replacement and his helper.  Dave is friendly and helpful, explained everything and answered all my questions, worked efficiently, cleaned up completely.  He had the courtesy to call when he was going to be a few minutes late.  Dave has also worked on my old A/C to keep it going for another year or two.  Also did furnace work when I first moved in. I found Dave very competent in his field with fair pricing and would definitely call him in the future.
