The crew that did the flooring was too rushed and did an okay job of installing the wood flooring, but did a less than acceptable job finishing and sealing the wood. Some of the trim wasn't installed. Finally, the owner came out to see the job after I complained and seemed as unhappy as I was. He repaired what he could and finished installing the trim. He also apologized.
