Lindsey Jones Computer Repair

One of my major concerns was that my email program get put back on correctly. Come to find out, he didn?t know anything about the email program so after the computer was rebuilt, he had his friend Matt (from Computer Corp, Carson City NV) come into our home to get the email program back on our system. We had not been told how to completely copy it to the external hard drive so the Contacts had not been copied. Matt ended up pulling all the old files and old contacts over so it took me weeks to separate the old emails and old contacts from the new ones and to get the folders where they originally were. We had already paid him so he would not answer our phone calls and neither of the 2 guys would come out to finish the job correctly. They refused to help us to get any of the programs we used before back on or to help us set up our new printer after we found out that the old one was no longer compatible with the new updated drivers. All of this should have been revealed to us prior to the work being done and they should have completed the restoration of our laptop as promised. Lindsey just kept saying what a great deal we got hardware wise and how he had never spent so much time with anyone else. At this point he had only spent an hour with us after the rebuild. We had made it clear before we hired him what we expected and he had agreed. Unfortunately, he was paid the full amount up front because we had trusted him. Do not trust either of these 2 into your home. Lindsey seems like a nice, capable guy up front though quite opinionated and rude at times. Do yourself a favor and hire someone who will complete the job and will do what they say they will. Best to take your computer to their shop rather than taking chances having them come to your home also.
