The service went very well. He checked the system for leaks and when he couldn't find one, he charged the system. He taught me how to find the leak. After three days when the charge went out, I found the leak. He came back out and repaired it without charging me anything.

communication with It took at least 3 visits to repair our Chiller water cooler. The two service men who came were both exceptional. The first service man was Darryl and he came twice. The first time to diagnose the problem and the second time to install the unit. However my husband wanted to see if we could order the board on (because of the expense of the board which was $200.00.). Find out that it would take 2 to 3 weeks before receiving the board online we decided to go ahead and let Fallon Air Conditioning and Heating replace it, because it was very warm by then. The second technician that came out was Jay and he replaced the board and thermostat very quickly. Everyone we had communication with were professional and courteous.

Advised of some future repairs (furnace is 11 years old) but none needed now.

We called them because we had lost the steel cover for the chiller A/C and didn't know where to find another. They were extremely helpful. They said they could provide another steel cover for $30. We asked them to bring it out and to also winterize the unit. They came in a very prompt time, and did the work required. We felt the price was fair for what they did. We will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

Showed up on time, replaced several bad parts in my unit that had not been looked at for 10 years. Unit works great now.

Overall, it went well.

I use Juan every year and he has always been on time and performed services requested at a reasonable cost.

Everyone at Fallon were professional and very friendly. The receptionist answered the phone quickly and was able to get a tech out that day. Darrell was the repair tech. He arrived about an hour later and identified himself and verified the appointment. He was very professional and prompt with getting parts and returning to finish the job. He explained everything to me and did not pressure my decision to have the repair completed. He is a great representative for Fallon Heating and Air.

If I have an issue I call Fallon and speak with Autum and I ask to speak with Dirk. They both know me by now and we exchange pleasantries. I explain the problem and Dirk will schedule a time to look at the problem with my tenants and within a day or two I will receive a call with an estimate. I almost always then just have Dirk go ahead with the work.

Called Fallon heating and A/C and talked to Autumn, who was very pleasant and professional. She scheduled Michael to come out and provide estimate to repair or replace existing forced air gas furnace. After explaining how old and inefficient the old heater was, it was easy to make the decision to purchase a new 97.5% efficient furnace.This was no high-pressure sales pitch, just two individuals discussing solution options, which is definitely my kind of approach. Next I asked about air conditioning and Michael explained why it would be easier to add now than later, so we reviewed price and installation requirements including location of external compressor. We then scheduled an installation day for the following week for both furnace and air conditioning. Autumn called the day before to confirm and the 3-man crew showed up on the scheduled day at 8:30am and completed installation by around 4:30pm. Michael was the lead technical installer and oversaw all of the details as well as performing the work. Everything went exactly as we had discussed, and any detail that needed confirmation they were quick to verify with me. The crew was very courteous during the entire installation and cleaned up completely, with Michael staying after to double check everything. There was one piece of ventilation pipe for the furnace that he came back to finish the next morning, but we were able to use the A/C that night. When the building inspector discovered a small discrepancy, Michael again came out the next morning to implement the change, which took about 15 minutes, and he again made sure that everything was working as we wanted and that we were satisified. Fallon Heating and Air also gave me two discounts, 1 for full payment within 7 days and 1 for cash or check, totaling 7%, or $697.15 from original quote of $9959.30, which was also lower than I expected. There were no additional charges, I paid exactly what was quoted with the discount. Fallon Heating and Air came highly recommended from a friend and will also be highly recommended by me.

They understood my problem and related to me. Our furnace won't out when it was really cold, so Fallon came out repaired it in an hour and a half. They explain the process and all the details to me. Also the price was what they told me it would be. They came out the same day that I called.
