Their work was good, but they were over budget. Their communication process was unacceptible.

Scary at first. Delivery of Pearl Whirlpool tub delayed by two weeks due to weather (out of Minasota) trucking not being fully loaded (EIS kept me informed). Tile had to be ordered and shipped from out of state, delayed by a week. So, overall delay from original completion was about 3 weeks and it was all due to shipments not EIS commitment. I found a sample of tile arrangment at tile location, Erik and Mike worked with me on what I wanted and I got just what I wanted. It transformed my (as Erik refered to it) "hospital" white tile bathroom into a real "dream". My new neighbor came by to borrow a hammer, I showed him my newly completed bathroom, he was so impressed he called EIS and setup an appointment. Brought his wife by for a tour of my "new" room and she was very impressed. All and all we are one happy (I'm one happy puppy) couple.
