Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Jonah has done two leaf removal jobs for us in 2023. In November 2024 I called him and scheduled a new service appointment. He agreed to a date and noted they now need a $50 deposit (was never done in the past) as people have been cancelling. Fair. I paid the deposit. A week later, he asks for another $50 advance noting out of city dump fees (job in Reno and they live in Carson city). Seemed weird but I paid it. Day of the job comes along, they never come. I've made several attempts to contact Jonah since, he has been ignoring me. DO NOT PAY HIM IN ADVANCE. He has taken my advance payments, did not do the job, and has been actively avoiding me ever since. I will never do business with them again and do not recommend uses their services. I would recommend using any other trusted vendor in town. There are plenty of other options.

They did a great job trimming my tree and one removal. However they did not come back an finish the job . I have to clean up the rest a make at least 3 runs to the dump. It is what it is.
