I am a remodel contractor and Ellen called me to bid on installing fixtures a design project she was doing. I met her in the morning and we went over the scope of the work and she told me exactly what she wanted and was very specific. I gave her a bid and we met again and went over where and how to install all of the items. I had a few questions during the process and Ellen got right back to me. I really enjoyed working with Ellen.
