piano tuning
 + -1 moreHe did good work tuning my piano and identifying a damaged part that needed to be fixed. It took multiple attempts to schedule an appointment for him to come and tune my piano. When we did set a day/time it was for Dec. 26, the day after Christmas, which wasn't the best option for me, but he said it was the only open spot he had. Then on the scheduled day, he didn't show up. After waiting and wondering, I called to see if he was coming. He said he wanted to take the day after Christmas off, which was frustrating because that's what I had said originally, that I didn't want to have him come the day after Christmas. When we rescheduled and he came to do the work, he did do a very good job and I was pleased with the results. I don't think I would hire him again, though, more so because of the hassle I experienced trying to work with him.

Description of Work: Moved an upright piano from Lake Tahoe to Minden, tuned and repaired it. |Was very happy with service. Everything went smoothly and the piano sounds wonderful. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: David is punctual, professional and available. He and his crew moved my spinet piano out of a tight doorway with a turn and narrow wooden steps with no problems at all. Then he placed it in my new place exactly where I wanted it, cleaned it and tuned it, all for $500. He also volunteered to and moved some furniture along with the piano. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the Reno/Carson and Lake Tahoe areas.
