He did good work tuning my piano and identifying a damaged part that needed to be fixed. It took multiple attempts to schedule an appointment for him to come and tune my piano. When we did set a day/time it was for Dec. 26, the day after Christmas, which wasn't the best option for me, but he said it was the only open spot he had. Then on the scheduled day, he didn't show up. After waiting and wondering, I called to see if he was coming. He said he wanted to take the day after Christmas off, which was frustrating because that's what I had said originally, that I didn't want to have him come the day after Christmas. When we rescheduled and he came to do the work, he did do a very good job and I was pleased with the results. I don't think I would hire him again, though, more so because of the hassle I experienced trying to work with him.
