Ramon, the owner is not a good communicator. We discussed our project in person, multiple times. He either does not understand or doesn't have the knowledge or doesn't communicate to his workers. He was never on the job. Job took much longer than he anticipated. Some of the work was great, but some was very substandard. He never finished the job and stopped answering phone call and text messages. His guys did some of the work incorrectly. Caused damage to a gas line that we had to replace. Never installed a transformer for the outdoor lighting we paid for and did the electrical incorrectly. Ran a hose bib line in the opposite direction needed for correct drainage. When the guys left the job they took the 16' deck boards we had still on the property, cut them in pieces and threw them in their junk trailer. Deck rail is not done, and steps to be made out of extra material thrown away as well. We have hired a plumber to fix the gas line, had to change the hose bib water line. Still need to hire an electrician to finish the job. He does not have the knowledge or experience he says he is confident in.
