Called Cavallero this morning. Originally the service window was from 1-5pm but the technician called and came before noon. He was friendly and professional. Diagnosed the problem and promptly replaced the part. AC is now working.

Nice and courteous, respectfully declined to provide service to Topaz, Topaz Ranch Estates, Wellington/Smith. Stated they do commercial work in Bridgeport.

Mike Smallwood responded an hour earlier than the 1 pm to 5pm window promised. He called prior to arriving to make sure it was okay to be early. He was friendly, did not mind our watching him work (we are curious about how things work) and cleaned and checked every component of our heater. He inspired confidence that our 15 year old heater was in good shape and would be serviceable for years to come.

Physically went to business at 4:45pm on Dec 30th. Office staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. They helped me pick out a new digital thermostat to replace my old faulty manual one. Service was set up for next day between 8:00am - 12:00pm. The tech Mike called me at 9:45am and was at my house by 10:00am. He was professional, friendly and was an outstanding tech. When he removed my old thermostat (gas furnace was short cycling) he explained why the thermostat was not working correctly and quickly replaced with a new one. He took the time to show me how to use the thermostat and how to change the batteries, saving me time from having to search through the thermostat manual that he left with me. He then went to work on the furnace, which has not been used or cleaned/maintained in years. He explained how the furnace operates, showed me how to change out the filters and cleaned up after his work was done, so that you would not even know that he was there. He was very friendly with my dogs and is a very personable guy. I called Cavallero when he left to let them know how pleased I was with the service. They questioned to make sure that he had addressed my concerns. I would highly recommend Cavallero!

Last winter my propane furnace stopped working. The first company that came out got it working, but when it broke again a few days later, they wouldn't come out. (I live in the Virginia City Highlands and the roads were icy last winter.) Cavallero came out and fixed my propane furnace. Their techs are very experienced, very experienced, and very courageous in the face of bad weather and roads. More recently, they came out and serviced my air conditioning system. And, their rates are very reasonable. Cavellaro gets my highest recommendion. It's not easy to get that.

Katy answered when I called and told her that my A/C had stopped working. She asked where I lived and said she would call me back in 10 min. It wasn't even that long! She would send out a tech within the hour. Chris (tech) arrived within that exact time frame, diagnosed the problem in ten minutes but, had to drive to town to pick up a motor. Came back, installed same and gave us tips on better system maintenance. The whole repair ( including travel time ) 2.5 hrs. Chris was: courteous, friendly and totally efficient. I highly recommend this company for their service, pricing and customer care.

They were fine. It was a great experience. They were excellent. They were just very competent when doing our work. They are very quick in all the task. They didn't mess around or anything. They like the work and did the work. They had it installed and we are out of here.

Their service is great and their staff is good. It's been a few years since I've used them, but there are other people in my neighborhood that also use them. There was a minimum hourly fee and the guy was able to fix our problem in a really short amount of time, so he stayed and did other stuff. The most extraordinary thing was a few years ago one of our neighbors who's a widow had a problem and the first part that they tried replacing helped for like a week or two. It turned out that was not what she really needed, so they came back out and replaced it with a different part which cost twice as much as the first one. They only charged her for the first part at the lower price and to me that's phenomenal. You would think that they would've at least charged her for the high priced one and given her credit for the inexpensive one that didn't work, so that was just really impressive.

Cavallero's techs are knowledgeable and experienced. They fixed the propane furnace that another company was unable to fix. And they came out when the roads were bad in the mountain community where I live.

It was a great experience. Was quoted a price over the phone which was $900 cheaper than another company. The work was scheduled in a week from signing the contract. The technicians came out a bit earlier than I expected, which was ok. The work was completed in a few hours and the unit looks more heavy duty than the one it replaces. I have super amounts of cool air now and have to leave more windows than before open. Overall, very happy with this experience and looking forward to having Cavallero perform the seasonal work as well.
