both seals were failing and leaking oil in the rear end of my 2000 tundra. had to have the seals and the bearings replaced on both sides. unfortunately, the oil was leaking onto the rear brake shoes but I ended up replacing both sides after the rear seals were replaced. The job was done to my expectation. Prices were reasonable but dealerships always pad their labor time according to their time estimate book.

They have a very nice waiting room with TVs and magazines. The people that work there are very courteous. No complaints about them. They always catch the mouse damage and fix it in my car. The price is pretty high.

Toyota Vehicle Maintenance department. This is one the most professional franchises that I have dealt with. They are very customer orientated. Quality care through out the process, and respectful of the the vehicle of caring of some else's property. Great crew, and always looking for items I may have not been aware as to preventive maintenance. First class. They know there stuff.
