My experience overall went okay. The staff was great but we were not happy with the way the windows looked. We are not pleased with the outcome of the windows or the way they look. We were picturing something much different.

The only reason I gave them a B instead of A on punctuallity is because I wanted the glass put in before I moved out of the house and it did not happen. The punctuality is not a reflextion of them showing up late to an appointment. Based on my original dealing with capital and what the new tenant told me everything went well with them. Capital is much much better than J and L windows who replaced the wrong panes of glass and would not redo it. I would useCapital Glass again.

The experience from start to finish was great! I called to get a quote on a few projects within my home, 1 piece of glass for my dining room table, 1 bathroom mirror, and 1 glass replacement for my kitchen window. Within just a day or two Capital Glass had me on the schedule, they came out and looked at everything, within a day I had a quote and everything was on order. A couple of days shortly after that they called to schedule delivery and install of everything. Not only was everyone quick to respond and friendly, I was able to get everything I needed for a fair price!!!

The company came out and measured my window glass, then they ordered it. When they got it they gave me a call and found out what time worked best for me. The installer was clean cut, polite and finished the work in good time. He clean up his mess and left my house like it was when he came except the new glass in my window frames.
