His crew worked hard and had a great attitude. I liked the whole experience so much I'm hiring him to pour a couple of sidewalks for me. I have no problem giving Burson Custom Concrete my highest recommendation.
The owner, Chad Burson, returned my call promptly, we arranged a time for him to come and see what the job would be. He was very punctual, and showed up at the house right at the time arranged. He did a lot of measuring of the old steps (three sets of them), and we discussed our needs. He was friendly and polite and professional. He later called us back with the price of the job and when he would be able to do it. He and his helper, Josh, came back to our house at the time agreed on, they jack hammered and cut the old steps out. They hauled off all the concrete debris. They built the forms for the three new sets of steps that same day. The next day, they were both here by 7:30 a.m., and the concrete truck was here at 8 a.m. They had to use their wheelbarrow to unload the concrete and carry it to the three locations for the steps. They were here until mid-afternoon, smoothing and finishing the concrete steps. They took the forms off before they left. They spent a lot of time getting the steps looking just right before they finished.
We were very pleased with their work, their professional manner, their courtesy and friendliness. We definitely would hire them again!
