Flooring
Purchased vinyl flooring for small bathroom in April, 2011. The installer (Rich) arrived on time and had scheduled the morning for installing the floor. When it appeared he wouldn't finish before noon, he raced with the final items and tore the wax seal under the toilet in the process. A large bubble soon appeared in front of the toilet and I called the owner. He agreed to send Rich back to fix the problem.
Rich again scheduled the morning for replacing the sub-floor and stopping the leak. This time he failed to sand the patch under the floor because that would have run into his lunch time.
The floor is now lumpy and has a sharp line running along the patch area which is so severe it may split the flooring. In addition, Rich tore the wallpaper badly in a number of places and did a terrible job of reinstalling the trim.

The owner of this business is very nice and the flooring arrived ahead of schedule. It's unfortunate that he only uses this one installer.
