As a family-owned company living here in the Tahoe/Carson region since 1997, we know what it takes to keep a home functioning properly. "Although it’s never easy to hear negative comments it is in fact how companies that care grow and learn from each job. So we thank this customer for being so honest... Laying protection down is always the first thing our company does prior to any work performed and in fact the owner was told “he was a neat freak” by this customer. It’s unfortunate that this was not brought to our immediate attention as we would have had someone there directly to clean up. We didn’t hear of any of this until the customer received their invoice which was a few weeks after the job itself. Something else this particular job has taught and reminded us of is that doing work for friends is not always the best move as there are cost expectations that can’t always be met. I trust the electrical work performed has had no problems as we have had no complaints from this customer So again we thank you for your comments and can assure you we will make the necessary improvements so this does not happen again.
