Auto Tires
I bought this set of snow tires at the beginning of winter last year. Last week I noticed a piece of metal protruding from the side of the tire. I took the vehicle in to have the tire examined. They pulled my vehicle into one of the bays pretty quickly.
Finally, after waiting for an update for 45 minutes.....I approached the only person attending the front counter, by the name of Gil. I waited for him to acknowledge me, but he didn't....not on the phone, not doing paper work....just sitting looking straight forward. I finally asked my BUDDY Gil if he could find out what was happening on the tire and give me an idea of the wait time. Without a word, he marched off around the corner and got on the phone. No update was forth coming. Finally the person who helped me when I arrived, returned from the parking lot where they were working with another customer. The tire needed to be replaced not repaired, it will be another 15 minutes.
Gil needs to work on his customer service skills.....he is not an asset to this business. I will go back to t
his company, but I will not work with him in any way shape or form.
