Phone service was wonderful from the beginning. They answered all my questions on the phone. When here, the service was above and beyond. Very friendly! I first called a provider that wanted to give me a base rate for first hour then tell me how much parts were before looking at anything and I decided on All American.

There was a problem with my heater making grating noices. The rep gave me three options and did not try to push the most expensive one. Very professional and went into a good deal of detail regarding the service.

I had been referred to Dennis by another A/C repair company on Angie's List. Tim was the employee that came to our house. Both men were very friendly and helpful. I feel the service we received was well worth the investment. I'll continue to use All American Aire.

We're very happy with him. He's been doing this for a long time and he's extremely thorough. We've never had a problem he has not been able to fix. Extremely prompt, comparable prices. He's very personable. It's a family run business. Just an excellent guy to deal with.
