 + -1 moreInitial contact over phone was good. Owner never kept appointment, failed to call.
Description of Work: I set up appointment with owner Juan to meet at my house at noon today for an estimate. He failed to show up, and failed to call saying he would not show up. I left two messages on his phone asking him what happened. He never returned my calls. Very bad show.
