I first contacted 1-800-GOT-JUNK in September 2014 to remove some post construction debris from a house renovation.  The website is very user friendly and I booked the appointment online. Later the same day Tim Aldrich called to confirm the appointment. 
On the day of pickup Tim called 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was on the way.  He and his assistant arrived in uniform and quickly gave me an estimate for my disposal load.  Once price was agreed on, they set to loading every piece of debris.  I simply had to point to everything I wanted taken away. They even raked up some of smaller debris leftover in the yard. Later that day I received an email receipt.
I used 1-800-GOT-JUNK twice more in October 2014 and once in May of 2015 for the same residential renovation project. With each visit Tim and his assistant called ahead of arrival and loaded every piece of debris.
Just to be clear the cost of service is the total cost I paid for all four visits. Each load is assessed based on volume per load.
1-800-GOT-JUNK is a great service for those large pieces of residential debris you can?t haul to the landfill yourself or put to the
curb.  They really make it easy to do a large a clean out.
I would hire Tim Aldrich and 1800-GOT JUNK  again and highly recommend them for any disposal needs.
They are exactly as they advertise: easy to use and Awesome!

We had them to clean out an entire old house for us and they did not leave any garbage on the ground or anywhere. They were extremely clean , prompt & on time.

I called the 1-800 number the day prior. Gentleman I talked to was very courteous and helpful. He explained the pricing structure (i.e. more you fill up the truck, the more it costs, up to a maximum of $478) so that there was no surprise when the guys arrived. The appointment times were flexible, but I asked for 1-3 pm the next day. I was told they would call 15 minutes pror to their arrival. At 1245 they called and asked when they could come over, and I said I was home waiting and ready. Tim and Jim arrived at 1 pm on the dot. They too were super helpful, couteous and friendly. I had prioritized the stuff I had for them to take, as I felt there was no way that they would get it all in their truck. They seemed to think they could though, and sure enough they did. Not only that, but they asked if I wanted them to rake the leftover fall leaves out of my yard. They did so and took those along in their truck as well. A great experience, saved me a lot of trouble and effort. They took away most everything I would get rid of at this point but if need be, I'll certainly call them again first.

Team arrived on time, actually 15 minutes early having called to ask if that was OK. They worked hard to saw tub in half and remove it from my backyard. Excellent work - as advertised and on bid.

I had several junk items to dispose of that were not welcome at the local dump. I looked up disposal companies on the internet, and, after calling GOT-JUNK"S central dispatch service for information, decided that these were the perfect people to handle my problem. I was right. Price quotes for the services that I asked about turned out to be solid. The team of two men who came right on time on the day apppointed, were friendly, accomodating, and really knew how to handle everything I had. Very good experience in every way.
