Stefani's team is always very professional. There was a slight concern with a previous employee but he is no longer with the company. They are helpful and on-time. I tend to forget they are coming and they always make sure to let me know if something was locked and they weren't able to complete service, and come back to complete it at another time for no charge. More recently I have even received reminders the day before they come, which is very considerate. I have a garden in my back yard that they always avoid as well. We have had almost no issues with pests. The previous house owners complained of black widows but we haven't seen ONE in the five years we have used Stefani's Pest control. I highly recommend them.

We pay per visit. The experience was very good but the guy was a little strange. The quality of service was good. They were responsive and punctual.

Stefani has a couple of employees, and I think I have worked with her entire team. They are professional and courteous, and they know what they are doing. Their products work well. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
