I had a plumbing line break under the concrete slab of the house. They used high sonic equipment to pinpoint the line and where is was. the did a bunch of trouble shooting as it was a custom home and had a very uncommon setup. they researched the best solution out of all the options for my situation. turns out the only way was to break up the 6 inch concrete and plumb a new line. they did a terrific  and timely job. would recommend and would call again

All visits went ok until other contractor installing new sink, found the ice maker connected to the hot water line. The cost to repair that was $50.00. I asked Dan to reimburse me. He was on vacation out of town and said he would call me when he returned. He didn't. He said the lines were probably wrong before he connected the icemaker. If that was true, wouldn't I be getting hot water out of the cold line?

The toilet was rocking which I knew we had a bit problem. Thought the bolts had just cam loose but found they had broken off. He had to drill the remaining part and try to locate a match. He finally did and fixed it. The bathroom drains would not hold the water due to the, bothwere repaired.

He came and looked at the problem but since it was not an emergency he told me he was leaving for vacation the next day and could he do the job when he returned in a week. Sure enough he called as soon as he got back and came the next day.

Patriot Plumbing was very trustworthy and honest. I never had to worry about them being in my home when I wasn't there. I have used them once before and thought that he was very nice, friendly and a hard worker so I decided to call them again. I have had no problems since he had come out.
