INTERIORS BY DIANE

We were very pleased with Diane and her staff. When I initially called to ask about getting an estimate for window coverings, Diane indicated that she had 3 window coverings on closeout, due to her consolidating her larger floor space to a smaller one. That being said, we got these 3 coverings well below what they ever would have been at retail. For the remaining 3 windows, we custom ordered - 2 roller shades and a Skyline shade. She was very helpful in showing us different options, but I appreciated that we never felt pushed to order a particular product or product line. We kept the sample book over the weekend and placed our order on that Monday. The custom shades were ready as she had indicated, in about 2 weeks. The install also went well - we have concrete block and Scott did an outstanding and professional job installing all the equipment. Initially, a couple of the window coverings had the wrong parts. This did necessitate that the installation had to be completed over 2 days. That being said, this was not their fault and they were most professional at getting everything scheduled. We would absolutely do business with Diane again.

We went to Diane's store two times and talked to her for about an hour each time. Diane was very helpful both times. She gave us some good advice and helped us to pick a product that would meet our needs. The flooring that we picked at her direction complemented the kitchen and bathroom's both paint and cabinet's. She also recommended a cleaner to help preserve the floor. Diane helped us pick a product that has a twenty year warranty for residential use. All in all we had a very good experience and would recommend her shop to anyone, and we would use her again.
