We used this company to clean our deceased mother’s carpets. The house was mainly empty of furniture so there was a large area to clean. In the rooms that did have furniture, Tyler did more work than I anticipated to make sure the largest amount of carpet area was cleaned. When Mom was still with us, she wasn’t getting around as well as she used to and we learned her pets didn’t always get outside when needed. Tyler discovered unknown pet stains and we had a room where we knew there were extreme pet stains/ odors. Tyler went above and beyond to remove as much of the pet stains/odors as possible. His efforts showed how he cared about getting those carpets clean. All of Tyler’s exceptional work was done at a very reasonable price and at the estimated cost. Tyler is a very pleasant person to deal with and his positive attitude and professionalism are some of the reasons this company has been in business for so long. You can’t go wrong in selecting this company to clean your carpets!

Usually I use them like every 6 months and I've used them for the last 20 years, 25 years. They're just friendly, punctual, and just we can trust them.

I used Bill Hopkins company back in 2012 before I moved into my home. Had him out again on May 8th to clean 2 bedrooms and living room after roommates and there cat moved out. Just under 900 sq ft of carpet. Did a great job. Was quick and personable and most importantly, reasonably priced. I will use him again in the future when needed.

I've used him for fifteen years. His price is reasonable. He's friendly and does most of the work himself, and he does a very good job of cleaning other than carpets, if you want your davenport or couch cleaned or chairs and that type of thing too he does excellent work on those.

Bill pretreats the rug, especially the spots. Usually we move the furniture we can handle out of the way and the rest he will either move or will put small 1 by 1 pads under the furniture to raise the furniture off the rugs. This is carpet steam cleaning and works very well. The aroma left from the chemicals is non-irritating. He is thorough, follows instructions, and considerate. The rug is damp when he is finished. I always put sheets down where we walk and set up fans and run the air conditioner or fan unit - as per Bill's suggestion. I have always been pleased with the job he does and I have used other companies. He aims to please.

He is very courteous when he is here working. He will scrub the carpet before he will steam clean it. He always shows up on time to do the work for me.
