A Direct Appliance did an overall good job. I have no complaints and they did everything right. I would have graded them higher, but it was such a simple service. They were professional and responded to my call right away. I didn't have any sales pressure from them. They didn t try to convince me that anything more was wrong with my dryer than what it really was.

Direct Appliance was the only appliance repair company we could get to come out immediately and they did a good job. Nevertheless, we were shocked by what they charged, although they said it was a competitive price. They only worked for 20 minutes and replaced a small part. We've had no problems since. The cost was my only problem.
