I think his rates are reasonable. He has some expertise so he can advise you on what he thinks should be done and the problems. He is very helpful in finding the solution to the problem. We could not found a leak on our roof and he found it. Once you call him he will come out promptly and do the job.

He advised us on the selection of paint. Our walls were in 'flat' paint and couldn't be cleaned . He suggested eggshell paint, which cal be cleaned. We agreed, and he painted most of our downstairs interior in white and pale coral eggshell paint. He bought the paint, painted, pointed several areas of damage which he repaired, and cleaned up well.
