Monarch Flooring

We were struggling to find anyone who would install sheet vinyl for us. We found Monarch Flooring when a neighbor had their kitchen floor replaced. Juan returned our calls, arrived on time for the measuring appointment, promptly sent an estimate detailing the work to be done. He stayed in contact about when he would be able to come and do the installation. They arrived early on the appointed date and got right to work. Juan picked up our roll of sheet vinyl that we purchased at Lowe's and brought it to the house. Our job was for the entire first floor...living room, hall, laundry room, powder room and eat-in kitchen. The final project looks amazing. We can't find any seams. Beautiful job!!!

I met Juan several years ago when he was working as an installer for a carpet contractor that did some work at one of my rental properties. Juan has a super personality and incredible work ethic. His quality is top notch. Approximately two years ago he decided to start his own business. I have remained with him as a client. He has installed vinyl and carpet in several of my properties. He has also done a few repairs when new carpet was not required and re-stretched the berber carpet installed by another vendor in a personal home we sold. His prices are more than competitive and the work is of high caliber. He has offered suggestions to balance quality/price of carpet and pad installed in the rental properties that has worked out well from a financial standpoint. I like that Juan does all his own work with the assistance of one full-time employee that he has trained. As of 6/20/15, Juan will be replacing the entire carpet in an apartment I am renovating. Juan also does tile and wood floors so the next time I need tile work done, I'll have Juan do it instead of me. His service always superb in all regards.
