Comfort Solutions did not follow the construction plan in laying out the plumbing routes, some of the faucet locations were installed wrong and had to be corrected. During the plumbing fixture installation phase, they did not flush the lines properly resulting in clogged water lines, requiring subsequent warranty repairs to change out faucet parts. They were not good in following up what they said they would do, I had to follow up with the faucet manufacturer to obtain repair parts. I wound up replacing some parts myself instead of calling them back to complete the warranty work.

The three men arrived on time and got to work right away. My husband and I did the demo and we wanted our once 1950's wall faucet to a functional faucet from the countertop. They reworked all of the old plumbing and pipes with new plumbing and installed a sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. The site manager arrived before they left to make sure everything was up to standards and the men cleaned up before they left. I would absolutely use Comfort Solutions again for any plumbing services needed.
